How ordering works

11 oz or 15 oz, plain white or a colored inside and handle. Type your personalization exactly as you want it printed.

We print your mug and ship it, usually within 3 business days.
How will the name look?
Each mug sets the name in its own style. Some capitalize the first letter, others the whole name. The product photos show how yours will look.
Do you send a proof?
No. Skipping proofs gets your mug to you sooner. If you’d like one, message us right after you order.
Can I change the name after I order?
Yes, if you message us within 1 hour of ordering. After that your mug is in production, and we can’t change it.

Free on orders of $60 or more.
Where do you ship?
Within the contiguous US. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.

When will my order ship?
Usually within 3 business days of cleared payment, from Michigan. eBay shows your delivery estimate before you check out, and your tracking once your mug ships.
Can I send it straight to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s shipping address. There are no prices or invoices in the box. We don’t offer gift wrap or gift messages.
How is it packed?
Every mug gets its own box, protected between two molded inserts.
Can I change the shipping address?
Not once you’ve ordered, so check it before you pay.
Returns and replacements
60-day returns on all mugs.
Can I return a personalized mug?
Yes. You can return any mug within 60 days, even personalized ones.
How do I start a return?
Message us within 60 days of delivery. If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.
What if my mug arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us a photo and we’ll send a free replacement. You don’t need to send the original back.
What if my order gets lost?
It’s rare, but if it happens, we’ll send a free replacement.
