Privacy policy

Effective October 28, 2026.

Mug Pixie (“we”, “us”) designs personalized ceramic mugs. This policy explains what information mugpixie.com collects, why, and who we share it with. We don’t sell your personal information.

This policy covers this website only. You buy our mugs on eBay, under eBay’s User Agreement (opens in a new tab) and User Privacy Notice (opens in a new tab). Mug Pixie is run from Australia.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, newsletter signup or checkout. Purchases and payments happen on eBay.

Who we share it with

We don’t share information with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

Mug Pixie sets no cookies and has no advertising or social media tracking. Apart from Cloudflare’s analytics, the site loads no scripts, fonts or embeds from other companies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie, such as one that helps tell people from bots. eBay’s pages set their own cookies, covered by eBay’s privacy notice.

Do Not Track

This site doesn’t track you over time or across other websites, and we don’t sell or share personal information for targeted ads. It works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Children

This site is for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Your rights

Apart from emails you send us, we don’t hold information that identifies you. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete the personal information a business holds about you. To ask about information we hold, email privacy@mugpixie.com. We may need to confirm it’s you. We won’t treat you differently for asking. Nevada residents can also email us to ask that we not sell their information; we don’t sell it.

For information eBay holds, use the privacy choices in eBay’s User Privacy Notice (opens in a new tab).

Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS. No website is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the little information we hold.

How long we keep it

We keep emails only as long as we need them to help you. Cloudflare keeps its technical records under its own policies.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
